Question about VSTI automatically loading on new track

My buddy has NI Battery loading every time he adds a new track (double clicking or otherwise and I was wondering how he fixes it so it doesn't and I've never come across this issue before...any ideas???

There's an option "Save chain as default for new tracks" which he might have done at some point. It's mentioned here: but since I never used this myself I don't know how to turn it off :o edit: Nervermind, Karbo beat me.

I called him just now and that worked...I had never accidentally pressed that button before so I could not think of the fix and I thank you guys for your very quick help. cam
