For some reason when I have a few tracks recorded, just happened a second ago when I had 8, and I have tracks panned left and right to balance out the mix Reaper takes it upon itself to automatically pan my track 100% left even if if the slider is in the center or right. When I fade if all the way left there is sound, but the farther I adjust it right the quieter it gets to where there is no volume on the certain track at all. One of my stereo tracks, recorded on a POD x3 with tone 1 on the right and tone 2 on the left, even got completely panned left. I tried to explain it as best as I could. Any ideas why it keeps doing this, and essentially ruining my tracks.

Well the track is perfectly fine for a while. It can be panned perfectly left or right and it sounds perfect but randomly at times it does what I just described so I'm thinking it isn't a recording problem because it isn't always a problem until it just randomly messes it up. The file that just panned on me was a ezdrummer MIDI file.

Would pan automation just kick in like an hour after it was recorded?
